Nothing says customer care more than having our own team of dedicated Customer Service personnel to ensure all supply chain processes are seamless and on time. If providing an exemplary customer experience is a passion, this could be the ideal job for you.

Your Role

This position will provide an outstanding level of service by managing customer needs in the most professional manner.

Your Responsibilities

·  Ensure consistent customer satisfaction and experience when handling enquiries and problems
·  Ensure all customer orders are entered into the system and processed accordingly
·  Ensure all related financial processes are completed timely and accurately
·  Identify and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
·  Ensure contractual obligations are fulfilled

Your Skills and Experiences

To be considered, you should have at least 2 years of customer service experience and ideally in a 3PL or warehouse environment. You are customer oriented, and able to work well under pressure. Proficiency in Mandarin is required for this role.
