Job description

We are looking for a customer service supervisor focused on customs for one of our contract logistics warehouse in Baoshan, Shanghai. The main responsibility of this role is to keep good cooperation relationship with customers and to finish daily work relating with data, system and customer services.

Your tasks and responsibilities

·  Daily operation including inbound and outbound system operating, data collection making report, customer communications.
·  Master basic bonded operation process including customs clearance, inspection, customs system, track and supervise the execution status of warehouse operations and update customers timely
·  Master and participate in standard operating procedure updating, and deal with simply customer complain or operation issue providing solution and tracing progress
·  Monitor abnormal condition and report to supervisor and manager timely such as over stock,over process, assist warehouse operator to complete customer yearly physical counting
·  Make monthly billing report after checking by supervisor and then confirm with customer
·  Assist supervisor and manager to complete continuous improvement project and to achieve key performance indicator targets from customer, and to obey reasonable arrangements assigned by supervisor and manager
·  Other assignments according to request

Your skills and experience

·  If you would like to take this opportunity, you should own a college diploma at least and has been working as the similar role in contract logistics for 3 years, good operation skills with warm-hearted and basic skills in IT and English are necessary
