Job description

We have an exciting opportunity at QuickSTAT for a Customer Service Agent. As a Customer Service Agent, you serve as the front line of communication between QuickSTAT and its customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction. Your role involves adeptly navigating customer interactions through various channels such as phone, email, or live chat, with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency.

Your Role

You will be responsible for handling consignment orders from clients through email, telephone, and Quick's online booking portal, Quickonline, involves processing tasks such as routing, categorizing service types, setting deadlines, and generating job orders. Additionally, overseeing the green light approval process for shipments bound for non-EU destinations is part of the role. Furthermore, providing clients with ongoing status updates and conducting necessary follow-ups, including communicating flight and customs delays, proof of deliveries, resolving additional charges, and implementing solutions, are essential responsibilities.

Your Responsibilities

  • Effective communication with all staff and cooperation within the senior management team
  • Maintaining all QuickSTAT Client functionality ensuring compliance with agreed procedures.
  • Seek appropriate support as necessary.
  • Maintain professional manner towards all staff, seeking at all time to implement and maintain company policy
  • Seek to resolve inter-departmental questions and issues as they arise and without conflict
  • Adhere to all company policies, at all times
  • To undertake any other reasonable duties/responsibilities at the request of the Department Manager or other Senior Management.
  • Monitor existing Quality Control procedures for compliance and effectiveness 
  • Report ineffective procedures to the respective Department Manager

Your Skills and Experiences

  • Specialist (Biopharm) Courier Operations Experience.
  • Customer Services Experience
  • Comprehensive understanding of Courier / Freight Operations including Import / Export / Warehouse & Transport.
    Excellent understanding of World Geography.
  • Negotiation and problem solving skills.
  • Teamwork skills and strong self-motivation ability.
  • Good numeric / financial ability.
  • Ability to work successfully under pressure
  • Excellent time management skills.
