Your Role

In your role as Contract Logistics Technical Coordinator you will be supporting the local Project Manager in diverse topics.

Your Responsibilities

  • Take the ownership in managing our internal Forklift Fleet requirements, ensuring top-notch equipment performance through regular maintenance, repairs, and supervision of service providers and technicians;
  • Invoice verification/acknowledgment of leasing, repair and maintenance invoices;
  • Assume a key role as the go-to technical support and Spare parts Management representative for various internal warehouse areas and lead our internal forklift trainer team, contributing to the seamless operation of our facilities;
  • Showcase your organizational skills by coordinating and administering all internal technical training, with a primary focus on forklift operations;
  • Spearhead the meticulous inspection of high racks based on DIN EN 15635 standards, collaborating with the procurement team for necessary follow-ups, implementing customer-specific installations, and adeptly managing invoices;
  • Unleash your expertise in warehouse layout and rack planning, coordinating installations across different departments, including external warehouse management, to optimize our operational efficiency;
  • Champion quality as our representative by organizing and moderating safety meetings, meticulously documenting procedures, and leading internal and external audits within your area of responsibility. Your commitment will be pivotal in ensuring a safe and quality-driven work environment

Your Skills and Experiences

  • Pursue an apprenticeship or studies in logistics or mechanical engineering for a hands-on technical journey;
  • Showcase your adaptability to adapt quickly to IT systems;
  • Fluent in English and German, French is a plus;
  • Bring structure and an independent working manner;
  • Communicate with finesse, enhancing collaboration;
  • Stand out with DIN EN 15635 certification;
  • Open to further trainings and Self development.
