We are offering a challenging Planner & Waver position in our site in Tessenderlo !
Your Role
In order to ship all outbound orders on time, as a Planner & Waver you are responsible for drawing up and executing the operational outbound planning. You are able to make connections between the different flows. Thanks to your analytical thinking skills, you create the most optimal picking runs. In addition, you can read, understand & resolve system messages. Through different systems you control all processes. You check that messages between these systems are sent correctly. In this position you work as a clerk in a 2-shift system and you work closely with the operational management team of your shift. You are in close contact with your outbound planning colleagues.Your Responsibilities
- You can make a plan, follow it & you know what needs to be prioritized.
- You can read & understand system messages.
- Order processing.
- Follow up the outbound process.
- Solve stock problems during the outbound process.
- Correct and clear communication with other departments.
Your Skills and Experiences
- You have a first experience in planning orders
- You have knowledge in using Excel
- Ideally, you know how to use a WMS
- You have an analyzis-thinking mindset and like to work with numbers
- You speak english fluently, dutch is a plus
- You are willing to work in shifts (early and late shift, no night shift)
