We are looking for a Contract Logistics Customer Solution Analyst to be located in Milan.
Your Role
The Contract Logistics Customer Solution Analyst completes design, analysis, pricing, and other technical efforts supporting customer solutions in the areas of warehousing, transportation, and supply chain management. He is responsible for analyzing RFQ’s, developing a client tailored solution and presenting for approval to business unit Executives and clients specific to warehouse operations. Your Responsibilities
• Elaboration of proposals for clients with focus on distribution solutions:
-Solution development and preparation of distribution concepts especially within tender process
-Evaluation of carriers proposals
-Close cooperation with local teams
• Transport analysis & benchmarking
-Maintenance of Tariff Database to insure competitiveness of proposals regarding pricing, quality and service
-Support of local teams with tariff analysis, carrier selection and proposal preparation
-Analysis of own local distribution concepts Your Skills and Experiences
- Bachelor or Master's degree in Engineering or Economics
- Leadership and critical thinking
- Solution driven
- Ability to prepare and make comprehensive presentations and to participate in formal debate
- Available to travel on national territory
- Fluent in Italian and English
