Job description

Booking of flight tickets in GDS Galileo

Your tasks and responsibilities

·  Online flight reservations and purchase of Low Cost Carrier tickets, such as German wings, Eurow ings, EasyJet, Ryanair, Flyby, etc.
·  Offers & advice regarding routing & fares, time changes, flight cancellations to our colleagues
·  Control of incoming tickets and forwarding to the ticket requester and travelers
·  Rebooking via GDS, online and phone
·  Booking of online train tickets
·  Full support to the Corporate Travel Office in Schindellegi, Switzerland such as preparation of statistical reports by request (ticket sum, open tickets, etc.)
·  General administration work such as keeping the contact phone list and service providers etc. up to date

Your skills and experience

·  Work experience in a travel office or with an airline
·  A good understanding in fares and ticketing
·  Sense of responsibility and reliability
·  Strong interpersonal and people handling skills to work well with different parties across the regions
·  Motivated team player with the ability to multi-task
·  Be able to work under pressure
·  Proficient in written and spoken in English is must
·  German or other languages will be consider as an advantage

Working hours:

Weekdays (MO-FR) CET 08:00 until 24:00 to cover Europe, Middle East, USA (including Los Angeles 15pm local time)
Weekend with limited staff from 8am – 16h
