Assistant Regional Key Account Manager (Hong Kong, Kowloon Bay)

You have to support the Key Account Operations team to drive for optimal key account management, operational and service excellence for key customers. You are required to implement the continuous improvement, oversee the data quality accuracy, provide timely responses and resolve problems escalating from local origin operations.
We are looking for highly motivated individual who is driving for excellence and willing to take up challenges to join us.
Your tasks and responsibilities
· Drive new business/project implementation including Standard Operation Procedure (SOP) creation, system integration coordination, Electronic Data Integration (EDI)
· Liaise with origins to establish and monitor Key Performance Indicator (KPI) for key customers
· Follow performance review with origins for SOP compliance with customers’ requirement
· Identify problem root cause and provide corrective action/ problem resolution
· Drive continuous process improvement and data quality management
· Involve in business service review meetings regularly for operational excellence
· Work in alignment with Global Key Account/Account Owner for company business strategies
Your skills and experience
· University graduate with experiences in the logistics/supply chain industry
· Strong exposure in key account management and project implementation in freight forwarding firms
· Strong analytical and problem solving skills
· Excellent communication and presentation skills
· Good Command of spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
· A self-starter, responsible, out-spoken and a good team player
· Business travel within Asia Pacific is required
