Job Title: Assistant Logistics Analyst
Location: Livingston

What we're looking for:

KN Drinks Logistics is a wholly owned business within the KN group, providing a national platform for the distribution of drinks and associated services to retail outlets across the UK. We are currently looking to recruit within our Planning Team. Reporting to the Project Planning Manager the purpose of the role is to carry out the timely provision of management information and customer invoicing.

What you'll do:

·  Produce and distribute a daily systems hygiene report to Operational teams

·  Identify any incorrect information within GTS and work with the Operational Teams to correct it

·  Assist the Logistics Analyst with the production of weekly and monthly transport KPIs

·  Report on agreed KPIs for primary transport fleet and warehouse operations

·  Typical transport KPIs include Empty Running and journey standards by Customer and Haulage Depot Warehouse KPIs include productivity by man hour and work stream

·  Assist the Logistics Analyst with the preparation of weekly reports compiled using Excel

·  Maintain journey time, distance and turnaround time standards within GTS. Ensure they are accurately reported and any discrepancies are investigated and amended where appropriate

·  Provide support and assistance to the other team members as and when required

What you'll bring:

·  1 year of admin experience within a similar environment

·  PC literate with good communication and organisational skills

·  Proficient skills in Excel required

·  A good level of IT literacy
