You will be part of our Finance team, adding your expertise + skills to the delivery of customer + operational excellence.
Your Role
Your primary objective will be to ensure that the respective business units deliver against strategy + targets by conducting business controlling activities + driving continuous improvement. You will do this by working with a variety of internal + external stakeholders while focusing on the following key objectives:-Your Responsibilities
Job Purpose
- To act as a financial sparring partner for the respective management functions.
- To proactively monitor business performance, initiate business reviews including follow-ups + corrective
actions. - To performance project controlling + drive the business investment application (BIA) process + support
- To lead or support financial work stream in potential merger + acquisition (M+A) projects.
- To proactively develop restructuring proposals + cost saving initiatives.
- To cross-share + transfer financial know-how to respective business + functional units, providing all support
that is needed. - To continuously drive improvement by identifying "waste" in existing process, challenge status quo, propose
changes + implement corrective plans.
Main Responsibilities
- Act as sparring partner for respective management functions
- Perform business reviews incl. follow-up and corrective actions
- Proactive monitor business performance
- Perform project controlling (Resource input vs. benefit)
- Drive Business Investment Application (BIA) process and support or lead the financial work stream in M+A projects
- Develop and propose proactively restructuring proposals, cost saving initiatives or similar
- Ensure pre-signature contract reviews (customers and suppliers, GCT, zero failure process, etc.)
- Conceptual data governance
Your Skills and Experiences
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Master's degree or CPA preferred
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in financial management or accounting roles
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting
- In-depth knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations, controlling, financial and project planning
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to present complex financial information in a clear and concise manner
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
