You will be part of our Air Logistics team, adding your process expertise + skills to the delivery of Customer + Operational Excellence. You will be responsible for supporting our business transformation through utilizing agreed tools + methodology for process improvement initiatives. You will do this by working with a variety of internal stakeholders while focusing on the following key objectives.

Your responsibility
- To consult on + engage with process improvement activities.
- To analyze, document + implement projects, ensuring transparency of progress + results.
- To ensure usage of standard tools + methods (Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN), Jira + Wiki) to generate clarity + transparency.
- To customize processes for optimal operational solutions.
- To ensure standardized implementations in line with guidelines + targets.
- To provide status reports to management.
- To collaborate with the systems team to drive effective utilization.
