Job Description
Our Opportunity:
You will be responsible for assisting in the development, production, cost control and implementation of in store activities & events, including sales materials, VM, promotions, and CRM development.
How you will contribute:
Assist in implementing and controlling an effective Trade Marketing action plan in line with the brand strategy within the agreed budget and guidelines.
Assist in planning commercial events: tradeshows, buying events and market weeks.
Track results of marketing activities and consistently evaluate their effectiveness and value.
Assist in implementing local CRM strategies and action plans to grow customer base & improve top client penetration.
Monitor Clienteling KPIs
Improve client data quality by ensuring best practices, appropriate training and education with relevant team.
Build reporting to understand performance vs. objectives at a regional, store and sales associate level.
Perform clienteling review with Retail Management teams
Perform different analyses leveraging our CRM database to identify new opportunities to develop clients
Communicate and oversee all appropriate VM direction, animations and guidelines to boutiques
Manage VM prop inventory and maintenance, oversee storage, organization and upkeep for the region
Liaison between the Headquarters marketing department and the US corporate team in ordering marketing materials
Responsible for ordering and tracking inventories materials from headquarters including but not limited to trade marketing activities: catalogs, gifts, invites, newsletters and artwork for advertising;
Implement & coordinate execution for all direct mail pieces and displays materials, tracking, organizing and sending out and providing internal and external clients clear communication on timelines; Define metrics & measure impact and reach;
Assist the marketing in the execution of retail and wholesale events
Assist in planning and coordination of all management and marketing presentations, sales meetings, visuals, etc;
Manage inventory and distribution of materials for wholesale and retail;
Track special event results and distribute recaps to assess performance & program effectiveness;
Report responses from marketing initiatives and create recap report to share with Pomellato S.p.A marketing office and Pomellato USA sales office;
Manage timeline to ensure actions are completed & deliverables are met for events, trunk shows and internal departments;
Enter and track invoices in Marketing budget including Co-op.
Execute follow-up actions to collect feedback and implement key-learning’s for future programs;
Create donation requests for proper approval; manage logistics of donations, such as, shipping and receiving and packaging displays as needed;
Special projects and duties as assigned.
Who you are:
Bachelor’s Degree; Marketing or related field;
3 years of Marketing, CRM experience in a luxury and or jewelry environment;
Analytical skills with an ability to translate results into actionable insights
Proficiency in Microsoft Word/Excel/Outlook/PowerPoint & Salesforce
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Highly motivated, strategic thinking and self-starting individual
Strong ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational and project management skills
Prior Luxury fashion/jewelry industry experience preferred
Experience with Visual is a +
Must have authorization to work in the US
