Farai parte del Customer Service e avrai l’opportunità di essere coinvolto nelle diverse attività di preparazione ed invio delle offerte, ingresso campioni, redazione dei rapporti di prova, spedizione provini e campioni e attività di customer service.
Come contribuirai
· Front-office con Clienti/Utenti
· Gestione della posta e campioni in entrata con relativa prima valutazione e assegnazione al Reparto di Competenza (gestione ingressi, inserimento dati e stampa delle Richiesta Prove Analitiche, assegnazione delle prove da effettuare sul campione, verifica della sufficienza del materiale in relazione alle prove, predisposizione e redazione dei Rapporti di Prova, etc..)
· Gestione della posta in uscita, spedizioni provini e campioni e spedizioni ordini
· Supporto nella preparazione ed invio di offerte commerciali (preventivi di costo e sconti) con Clienti che effettuano richieste di collaborazioni continuative
· Attività di Customer Service per i Clienti (es. gestione di eventuali reclami)
· Attività di segreteria quali archiviazione, redazione ed invio di tutti i documenti di pertinenza del Customer Service
Chi sei
· Diplomato/a con specializzazione da Perito Tessile e/o Chimico
· Una persona precisa, proattiva e orientata al cliente, con buone capacità relazionali e organizzative
· Costituirà titolo preferenziale una precedente esperienza in ambito customer service o attività amministrative.
· È richiesta una buona conoscenza del pacchetto Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, ecc.)
Your Opportunity
You will be part of the Customer Service team. You will have the opportunity to be involved in various activities, such as preparing and sending offers, receiving samples, drafting test reports, shipping specimens and samples, and customer service activities.
How You Will Contribute
· Perform Secretarial activities such as filing, drafting, and sending all documents related to Customer Service
· Supporting Front-office with Clients/Users
· Managing incoming mail and samples with initial evaluation and assignment to the relevant department (managing entries, data entry, and printing of Analytical Test Requests, assigning tests to be performed on the sample, verifying the sufficiency of the material about the tests, preparing and drafting Test Reports, etc.)
· Managing outgoing mail, shipping specimens and samples, and shipping orders
· Supporting the preparation and sending of commercial offers (cost estimates and discounts) with Clients requesting ongoing collaborations
· Customer Service activities for Clients (e.g., handling any complaints)
Who You Are
· A high school graduate with a specialization in Textile Technology and/or Chemistry
· A precise, proactive, and customer-oriented person with strong interpersonal and organizational skills
· Previous experience in customer service or administrative roles will be considered a plus
· A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.) is required
