Job Description
We are currently seeking a Junior Training Project Manager who will report to the Head of Training as part of our dynamic Corporate Training team at Kering Eyewear HQ in Milan.
Your Opportunity
As Junior Training Project Manager, you will lead and execute high-impact, cross-brand training projects, from planning to roll out.
How You Will Contribute
· Work with the Corporate Training team peers on ad hoc, business-relevant initiatives that complement core training activities.
· Collaborate closely with Marketing and Sales teams to assess both global and local training needs, and design targeted learning solutions.
· Oversee and guide local Training teams to ensure acceleration, high-quality delivery of programs and alignment with strategic objectives across regions and markets.
· Design and execute innovative and engaging training workshops and materials, both in-person and digital.
· Support the creation of specialized digital assets and toolkits that strengthen the e-learning ecosystem, promote engagement, and support blended learning strategies.
· Monitor training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
· Stay up to date with industry best practices and integrate modern training methodologies.
· Source, negotiate, and manage relationships with external trainers or vendors when needed; oversee training budgets and ensure cost-effective solutions.
· Understand Brands’ business model and objectives, with a major focus on Brand DNA, heritage, collections, product features and technicalities.
Who You Are
· 3-4 years of experience in a training or project management role.
· Proven ability to develop and supervise the implementation of training strategies.
· Previous experience in eyewear industry is recommended, alternatively in luxury companies or communication agencies.
· Collaborative and results-driven mindset.
· Strong business acumen and the ability to translate commercial objectives into training initiatives.
· Proficiency in monitoring and analyzing projects execution and impact.
· Excellent organizational and communication skills to navigate complex dynamics.
· Fluent in Italian and English.
· Able to travel when required.
· Dynamic, proactive, and detail-oriented with a strong sense of accountability.
· Flexible and adaptable to the evolving needs of the business.
