We are currently seeking a PR & Communication Intern as part of our dynamic team in Milan.

How you will contribute?

·  Support and coordination of daily requests & back office for all PR and Comms activities
·  Accountable for HQ Sample Set, ensuring status is updated through Fashion GPS and managing internal requests, including archiving
·  Responsible for supporting GLOBAL PR offices with samples requests for various activities (editorials, VIP fittings and dressing, events, press days)
·  Daily update of the global pr editorial requests book and related tracking number for the shipments of the samples
·  Support Head of PR during fashion shows for sending invitations, seating and hospitality of the guests
·  Talents gifting, seeding and dressing activities: sourcing of products, organization, legal forms, control and shipping
·  Assisting in the preparation of presentations and materials for WW Communication meetings and requests

Who you are?

·  Successful or ongoing studies in Communication, Marketing, Media or related
·  Previous experience in fashion product industry
·  Knowledge of Fashion GPS
·  Confident use of Microsoft Office pack and Internet Browsers
·  Excellent written and oral communication skills.
·  Fluent in English and Italian - both written and spoken
·  Organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
·  Teamwork and good relational skills
·  Good time management skills
