We are looking for a Global Retail Training Specialist to join our Global Retail Training team in Milan.

How will you contribute?

Digital Platform Operational Support

·  Oversee all e-learning related activities, including resolving technical issues and bugs.
·  Update course visuals and content, ensuring brand consistency across all modules.
·  Act as the primary contact for trainers and learners globally regarding platform support.
·  Coordinate and upload translations in 10 languages.
·  Regularly update the training section of the global retail handbook.

Videos Production

·  Coordinate filming schedules and prioritize featured products
·  Serve as the liaison with Collection Merchandising, Product Development and Ateliers.
·  Create video learning contents and follow up with Trainers.

Content creation

·  Provide transversal support for both digital and physical retail training contents on product, client experience and brand storytelling.
·  Reporting & Analysis
·  Prepare comprehensive monthly reports for both e-learning and in-person training programs
·  Provide analysis of training KPIs

Internal Communication

·  Prepare and distribute a monthly training newsletter highlighting upcoming learning contents for retail teams
·  Keep Retail Training Calendar UpToDate

Who are you?

·  A minimum of 2 years of proven experience in creating training contents, with a focus on digital
·  Instructional design and adult learning techniques mastery
·  Previous experience or strong understanding of the luxury market
·  Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
·  Versatile and adaptable to changing priorities
·  Hands-on approach and proactive mindset
·  Strong balance of creativity and analytical thinking
·  Super organized with excellent time management skills
·  High attention to detail and commitment to quality
·  High energy
·  Experience on the sales floor, ideally in the retail or luxury sector as a plus
