We are currently seeking a Digital Media Insights Coordinator as part of our dynamic team in Milan, with a fixed term contract.
As part of the global Media department, you will report to the Global Digital Media and Insights Manager.
Your primary mission will be to define and lead the measurement strategy for BV media. This includes setting and establishing the appropriate KPIs, monitoring dashboards, measuring media performance, and contributing strategic recommendations. You will actively participate in and lead all reporting and data analysis initiatives across the entire funnel.
You will be a key member of the digital media team, ensuring that our external partners and the Kering media team are aligned with our ambitions and key KPIs. Internally, you will liaise with multiple departments such as CRM and eCommerce to ensure all technical connections are correctly established.
How you will contribute?
· Analyze global digital media campaigns across platforms with a focus on key performance indicators depending on campaigns objectives.
· Create clear, insightful reports and dashboards that communicate performance trends, learnings, and strategic recommendations to both media planners and internal teams.
· Translate complex data sets into recommendations that enable decision-making.
· Design and coordinate advanced measurement studies such as brand lift, conversion lift, and store traffic analyses in partnership with platform partners and analytics vendors.
· Propose and oversee A/B and multivariate tests to evaluate creative, audience, and media mix effectiveness, and synthesize results into actionable insights.
· Work closely with global and regional teams to ensure measurement consistency (including tracking of campaigns, pixel and API implementations), data integrity, and alignment with brand goals and KPIs.
Who you are?
· Degree in Marketing, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.
· Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in media analytics, digital marketing insights, or performance reporting ideally in the luxury fashion or beauty industries.
· Proficiency in media platforms (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, DV360, Line, Wechat, Red, Kakao, Naver) and analytics tools (GA4, Tableau, Looker, Excel, Power Bi).
· Strong analytical thinking with a passion for turning numbers into narratives.
· Proven experience in creating dashboards.
· Experience with A/B testing frameworks and digital experimentation.
· Familiarity with lift studies and cross-channel attribution methodologies, knowledge and understanding of MMMs is a plus.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities.
· Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Italian or French is a plus.
