Role Title: Commercial Analyst - Supply Chain Finance 

Position: Permanent Partner 

Hours of Work : Full Time, 35 Hours, Monday - Friday, 09:00 - 17:00. 

Salary : £39,400 - 59,000.00 DOE Annual

This is a hybrid working role , therefore your time will primarily be split between working from home and Magna Park. Working 1-2 days per week in Magna Park (NDC), with the expectation for frequent travel to fulfilment centres across the country.

About the Role

As our Supply Chain Commercial Analyst in our Planning function team, you will create accurate and high-quality planning and performance insights to support our Supply Chain operations in setting targets and allocating resources. Our community of Supply Chain Analysts will create key data and insight. This will help inform future changes and development in our Supply Chain network. You will have an important part in shaping our supply chain’s future while creating value for both our customers and business.

Your Key Responsibilities will be:

You will Develop Operational Standards by using high-quality data and insights to set targets, allocate resources, and inform decision-making across the supply chain.

· 
Synthesising data and reporting from multiple sources including operational and financial 

· 
Hypothesis testing through extensive modelling of new propositions, the impact of changes in process, sales forecasts and more

· 
Collaboratively work with stakeholders to Problem-Solving. This means you will build efforts with cross-functional teams to develop solutions that enhance performance and resolve issues.

· 
You will contribute to long-term development projects, guiding to shape future growth and improvements.

· 
Your customer-centric insight will ensure that the data you provide directly supports our mission to deliver innovative service to customers.

Essential skills you’ll need

Experience in Finance or a Financial Qualification

· 
Proven working experience in a Supply Chain or other complex environment, applying quality problem-solving, numerical skills and commercial expertise to deliver quality insight and analysis 

· 
Data, analytics and modelling experience

Desirable Skill you can bring to the role

· 
Retail Fulfilment Experience
