At a glance
Location - We know flexible working is important to you, and it is important to us too. The Partnership has adopted a hybrid working approach meaning you'll be able to work a mixture between the office and home based upon your personal needs whilst balancing the needs of the business. The team aim for at least - 2 - two days a week in the London Central office to connect, and in addition to attend key meetings. There will also be the expectation to come into the office more during critical trading weeks.

The salary range for the role is £25,000 -£32,500 per annum.

This is a full-time/ permanent position.
About the Role
·
You will be a talented individual who has a passion for retail, managing milestones, adhering to standard processes and enjoys working in a fast paced environment.
·
In this role, supporting, buying and executing the administrative tasks required across critical path management, range building, marketing, and trading activities for your assigned category.
·
Taking responsibility for the complete competitor and assortment analysis - working with supplier and internal teams to collate and deliver - events, marketing activities, samples (range building and assortment reviews).
·
You will take pride in executing work in a right first time and accurate manner. You will thrive on the excitement of launching seasonal products and have a passion for trends and new product opportunities.
Desirable skills you’ll have:
·
Strong working knowledge of product development processes - ideally in the home or food market.
·
Previous experience managing and working to Service Level Agreements
·
Communicating, influencing and negotiating with a wide range of stakeholders
·
Excellent time management/prioritisation skills and approach to tasks in a project/milestone outlook - planning and reviewing work regularly and adapting to change.
·
Experience of working with range plans, critical path and assortment review and marketing nomination processes
·
Demonstrates an innate passion for and understanding of Retail.
·
Experience of using JL systems/tools - Range plan, Product Hub, Step, Google Suite
