About the role

As Senior Advertising Executive you will support in the development and delivery of end to end advertising activities. Types of activities could be leading local or regional advertising campaigns and supporting the team on national advertising campaigns. Developing campaigns against business and marketing objectives, and delivering them effectively, on time and on budget.

Expected salary  -  £35,000 - £40,000  

· 
Contract type  - Temporary until December 2025

· 
Working pattern/flexible working - The Partnership has adopted a hybrid working approach, meaning you'll be able to work a mixture between the office and home based upon your personal needs whilst balancing the needs of the business. The team aims for around 1-3 days per week in either Bracknell or London and on a more ad-hoc basis to attend key meetings

· 
Location - This role is based at our Bracknell Head Office

The Assessments for this role will consist of a 121 virtual interview on Friday 25th April.

You will be a highly organised and proactive individual, able to work under pressure in a fast-moving and creative sector, with a high degree of collaboration, being able to build relationships quickly. You’ll be providing support to delivery of the overall Customer & Advertising Plans, as well as owning specific campaigns.

Some of the Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

· 
Support the planning and delivery of end to end advertising campaigns. Proactively seeking out and building relationships with internal channel specialists, in-house content and design teams and external agencies.

· 
Work collaboratively with the advertising team, channels team, planning team, campaigns team, content & creative team, other internal stakeholders and agencies to brief, manage and deliver advertising in line with the comms framework, advertising design guidelines and wider marketing objectives.

· 
Commission ITG and/or creative agency plus media agency with written briefs for each campaign, ensuring the brief is based on the Parent/Master Campaign Brief and learning from previous campaigns.

· 
Liaise with the relevant internal teams on appropriate messaging, copy and image selection to feature in the advertising,

· 
Support the media planning process throughout planning, booking and delivery. Together with People manager ensure each media plan is fully evaluated and reach, frequency, standout & ROI are maximised. Trial & review new media formats where appropriate.

· 
Manage the production process with ITG or creative agency to ensure the final ad delivers against the Advertising Design Guidelines, is on budget, supplied on time and meets its objectives.

· 
Identify and ensure all stakeholders are consulted at every relevant stage of the process as appropriate and informed of the final media & creative plans to ensure smooth delivery of campaigns.

· 
Compile 360 degree post campaign activity reports, capture and implement key learnings.

Essential skills/experience you’ll need 

· 
Experience in marketing either client or agency side

· 
Campaign or project management

· 
Knowledge and understanding of the creative production process and media planning & buying

· 
Stakeholder management - internal and external stakeholders

· 
Experience of working with agencies

Desirable skills/experience you may have

· 
Commercial awareness

· 
Marketing/Business degree or Chartered Institute of Marketing Diploma or equivalent
