About the role

We have two exciting opportunities to join our E-Commerce Operations & Site Effectiveness team as a Senior E-Commerce Content & Operations Executive.

In these roles you will develop activation plans and execute onsite and in-app improvements to support implementation of the in-season E-Commerce trading plan and curate content accurately and effectively. You will work closely with stakeholders across Customer Marketing & Trading teams to ensure accurate and optimised delivery of content in support of the trade plan.

Expected salary - up to £40,000

Contract type - We have two roles available, a permanent position and a Fixed Term Contract/ Secondment until the end of March 2026. 

Working pattern/flexible working - The Partnership has adopted a hybrid working approach, meaning you'll be able to work a mixture between the office and home based upon your personal needs whilst balancing the needs of the business. The team aims for up to 2 days a week in the office to connect.

Location -  This role is based at our London Head Office campus in Pimlico.

We are looking for commercially astute and analytical individuals that maximise sales for their E-Commerce area and achieve the in-season E-Commerce trade plan. 

A successful candidate in the role will use site data & analysis and external benchmarks to inform trade planning, campaigns/events or site changes. They will measure the performance of content and site activation, ensuring continuous improvement and optimisation of existing and future activations.

Essential skills/experience you’ll need

● E-Commerce experience - understands how to influence conversion, traffic and AOV through multiple digital and trading functions.

● Numerate and strong data-analysis orientation

● Commercial acumen.

● Strong Stakeholder Management experience

Desirable skills/experience you may have 

● Adobe Analytics Proficiency

● Amplience CMS experience

● Content Square proficiency

● Influencing skills.
