Your Role and Responsibilities
· You will collaborate closely with clients and business partners to develop relationships, understand their needs, earn their trust, and show them how IBM’s industry leading solutions will solve their problems while delivering value to their business.
· You will grow, retain, and fuel new logo revenue opportunities from opportunity identification, to deal progression, close and customer consumption. This will include, collaborating with the broader IBM sales ecosystem, from marketing to sales and technical colleagues and IBM Business Partners, to build sales campaigns and incremental pipeline.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
· Sales Success: Proven track record of success in storage sales, with emphasis on new client acquisition.
· Business Acumen Application: The ability to apply business and commercial acumen to effectively communicate the operational and financial benefits of technology solutions at all levels.
· Engaging Communication: Effective communication and presentation skills that are compelling, and influential.
· Breadth of knowledge regarding the Storage market to consult and advise, and quickly grow your reputation as your clients’ credible, trusted advisor.
· Experience working with IBM Storage Product.

· Prospecting and pipeline development.
· General data center knowledge.
· Experience working with IBM and competitive Storage products.
· Client relationship management.
