Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Strong knowledge and experience in ServiceNow system administration.
ITSM, CMDB, Self Service Portal, Service Catalog development
Must have handled Platform Upgrade
Good Communication and Analytical skills
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
ServiceNow Certified ITSM Implementation Specialist
Scripting experience
Experience in building the integrations with other applications and tools using API/Integration Hub/ FTP etc.
