Job description



Responsibilities:
Change Manager ensures that the Change Management process is executed and is responsible for day-to-day management and the integrity of the process.

He/she is the main coordinator within this process and is the focal point regarding changes for the IT organization.

General responsibilities include:
• Performing/coordinating day to day change management activities
• Acting as a focal point for process and tool related questions from the IT organization and other stakeholders
• Utilizing the appropriate reporting management system to provide process performace reports, trending and analysis
• Monitoring and tracking process execution activities to identify, initiate and manage required action to meet correct process execution
• Identifying changes that have not been acted upon in a timely manner and taking appropriate action
• Preparing the CAB meeting, including inviting of participants, creating of agenda and chairing the CAB meeting
• Generating process related reports and arranging the report automation
• Assisting in notifying stakeholders when action from them is needed and tracking action completion
• Following defined escalation path when needed
• Acting as a Sponsor for Lead Time Non-Compliant changes

Specific responsibilities include:
• Performing/coordinating day to day change management activities
• Ensuring that standard procedures are communicated to practitioners
• Being responsible for creation and maintenance of process related documentation
• Taking appropriate action in case of negative process performance trends
• Providing input for process and tool improvement to the customer
• Communicate process status and progress to stakeholder
