IBM is looking for a Senior Brand & Content Strategist; a collaborator ready to set the strategy and lead the execution of our most powerful, innovative, and effective creative work yet.

In this role, you will:
- Apply deep curiosity and understanding of the market, target audiences, and IBM’s offerings to develop compelling messaging and content strategies that deliver the right content, at the right time, to the right audiences and drive the right outcomes.
- Identify and define the intersections and relationships of key audience needs with industry priorities and strategic partner relationships to craft relevant and differentiated journeys and experiences for our clients and prospects.
- Effectively collaborate and communicate with critical stakeholders, inspiring confidence in your recommended courses of action for our brand and our business.
- Partner closely with internal and external agency partners to inspire, lead and coach teams to do their best creative work for IBM.
- Advocate for bold, differentiated strategies and plans that inspire audiences to take a new course of action.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

- Recognized expertise in marketing, brand and/or content strategy roles with progressive levels of seniority and responsibility.
- Strong critical thinking skills to identify and build consensus around a new course of action.
- Leadership of brand & content projects involving a variety of stakeholders and disciplines.
- Proven experience fostering trusted and influential relationships with internal and external partners to ensure application of insights to maximize brand and content engagement.
- Experience building relationships with executives and stakeholders, both internally and externally (executives, clients, agencies, business partners).
- Fluent English
