Your Role and Responsibilities
Sales Enablement at Apptio is responsible for driving the efficiency and effectiveness of our sales tools and programs. Our goal is to improve the productivity and performance of the entire Sales organization (New Logo, Account Management, Presales, Sales Development, Channel, Strategic and Public Sector as well as our Partners).

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

·  1-3 years of direct experience in Enablement and/or Training
·  Have extensive knowledge of sales enablement technologies, processes, and best practices
·  Have previous experience onboarding and training teams
·  Have excellent project management skills, knows how to create roadmaps, and drive tangible results
·  Deep passion for sales and learning
·  Comfortable operating with limited oversight
·  Able to juggle multiple priorities.
·  Care about motivating and helping people learn and improve
·  Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with diverse audiences in different ways (email, meetings, presentations, etc.)
·  Be comfortable with a variety of work (no day is the same) and shifting priorities

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

·  Experience working with/supporting Sales teams (preferably global)
·  Tech Savvy: experience in Highspot, Smartsheet, Docebo, Loopio, SalesLoft, Salesforce, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator a plus!
·  Experience in SaaS
