IBM Watson Advertising, formerly The Weather Company's advertising sales division, uses the world's leading artificial intelligence (AI) technology to unlock data and insights and help marketers make faster, better decisions. We are looking for a Programmatic Strategist to join our team.
You will drive Programmatic sales at agencies, DSPs, and clients direct. You will build relationships and partner with the national sales team to help identify, pitch, and close programmatic ad sales deals among their strategic accounts. You will work with a team of Account Managers to help monitor, optimize, and up-sell current PMPs. Collaborate with product, ad tech and the larger organization to drive programmatic capabilities and product offerings.
· Drive creation of persuasive sales presentations on programmatic media using market trends, case studies and products
· Manage pipeline with CRM tools for maximum efficiency and visibility, with carefully executed follow-up to closure
· Work cross-functionally with operations and yield teams to set up campaigns for success
· Manage and develop solutions that optimize customer satisfaction
· Manage expenses responsibly

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
· Proven experience in programmatic and online advertising, both from an operational and sales perspective
· Possess a lengthy list of relevant contacts at all agency and client levels
· At least 5 years' experience in digital advertising, with at least 3 years in programmatic media sales
· Experience at a major publisher, agency or programmatic technology company
· Strong understanding of the programmatic landscape, challenges in the marketplace, and the competitive landscape
