What's the job of IBM Watson Assistant Growth Lead?
·  Growth Leader for Watson Assistant whose mission is to accelerate our business and be a catalyst for long term success
·  Drive our growth numbers, drive changes in product, marketing and anywhere else that fuels growth
·  Be part of the Product team, where you will partner with key stakeholders in marketing, sales and engineering to identify the biggest opportunities for growth. You will work with them to turn ideas into projects, and lead or guide those projects to successful outcomes.
We're looking someone who:
·  Has a deep understanding of how to grow a SaaS business. Has been there, seen it, and understands success.
·  Has a growth mindset, is relentless and has passion for building amazing products
·  Is data driven and understands instrumentation, analytics as it relates to SaaS product
·  Puts the customer first and thinks beyond the short term
·  Is a leader who sees problems and acts.
·  Defines their own priorities while aligning and understanding how they fit into the broader product priorities
·  Has the ability to think strategically but loves to get into the details of the product and how it works
·  Builds trust, is willing to partner and is not afraid to speak their mind while contributing to a culture of openness and frank talk.
·  Readiness to travel 25% annually
·  Willing and able to work in an office based role in New York City cldstrat

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

·  5+ years' experience working in product teams that directly drive business growth. This might include things like leading growth-oriented product teams, or leading growth product groups.
·  3+ years' experience working in product teams with a strong track record of shipping high quality software.
·  Embrace the customer. We believe you don't build what the customer wants, but what the customer wants to become.
·  Strong, effective communicator
·  Self-starter with strong leadership skills.
·  Ability to travel up to 25% annually
