Required Technical and Professional Expertise

·  3+ years experience pricing expert on Federal/DoD environment with full understanding of how ROMs are estimated and delivered for review by key executives.
·  Knowledge of DCAA pricing process to map work efforts to CIO-SP3 labor categories.
·  Understanding of the IBM internal Document and Coordination Approval (DCA) process that includes Contracts, Risk Management, and Delivery Excellence.
·  Active DoD Secret clearance.
