【ミッション】
経営管理の世界は、テールライトオペレーション(集計された実績をもとにした企業経営)から、ヘッドライトオペレーション(精度の高い予測予見をもとにした企業経営)へとシフトし、更にはナビゲートオペレーション(導きだされた確度の高い施策を選択・活用する企業経営）の時代が到来しようとしています。
IBM自身の変革事例や、グローバルでの最新の経営管理プロジェクト事例、AIツール(Watson)、統計解析ツール(SPSS)、計画ツール（IBM Planning Analytics)などのテクノロジーを駆使して、トータルにお客様の"未来"の経営管理のあるべき姿を描き、その実行までを支援します。

・コグニティブ･テクノロジーを活用した経営管理や管理会計に関する構想策定からシステム導入支援
・経営管理の仕組みのグローバル展開支援
・経営管理のためのKPI設定から運用支援
・経営管理PKGを活用したシステム構築
