Introduction
You will be leading the enablement of IBM internal technology platforms designed to bridge marketing and sales, translating business process transformation into platform adoption and productive usage by IBM sellers and marketers. You will do this by identifying and guiding stakeholders in achieving metrics of success; designing and delivering targeted role-based education & training programs; effectively representing the wants, needs, experiences and local issues of stakeholders, and guiding users in the creation and prioritization of tool requirements; and communicating, collaborating and negotiating effectively at all levels in the organization, including executive.

Your Role and Responsibilities

• Drive adoption and usage of IBM internal sales and marketing platforms.

• Serve as tools portfolio SME providing demos, education, and in-depth training for sellers, marketers and upline management, sharing assets, experiences, and best practices with colleagues and curriculum designers. Engage, leverage and amplify SME skills via help channels such as Slack and posted office hours.
• Analyze metrics and user research findings against KPIs and program objectives. Collaborate with stakeholders to define and execute adoption strategy; identify adoption inhibitors, action items and plans to achieve those objectives.
• Foster relationships with key business unit executives; demonstrate tools value proposition, understand their business, their challenges and their goals; identify factors that may impede adoption and address roadblocks.
• Be on top of the wants, needs, experiences and local issues of stakeholders and guide designated business unit leads in the creation, assessment and prioritization of tool requirements. Ensure your stakeholders effectively engages the tools requirements process.
• Guide your stakeholders in the effective use of the support process and resolution of problems that impact their effective use of the tools portfolio.
• Assist in writing end user assistance documentation, knowledge base articles, blog posts, internal marketing materials, and other digital assets as needed.
• Participate actively in UAT testing; test for both capability and business sanity. Feedback findings to technical squad.
• Represent your stakeholders - from their business imperatives, priorities, requirements and issues - to tools development, learning, content, and support teams.

This is a Hybrid role, attendance to the office will be required only 3 times peer week.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
• 5 or more years in successfully driving sales or marketing technology enablement programs and activities
• 2 or more years of experience in assembling and guiding cross functional program/project teams on a global or geo level.
• Excellent English language writing and verbal communication skills
• Proven presentation and negotiation skills
• Strong Business analysis, problem solving and design thinking skills

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
• Experience with / deep understanding of IBM sales roles, seller workflows, and sales culture.
• Direct Marketing or Sales experience
• 2 or more years of Market, Geo or Global program management
