We're looking for a CSR Program Intern to join our team. As social intrapreneurs, we focus on building skills and opportunity for 21st-century jobs right here in the community, and strengthening IBM's reputation as #goodtechIBM.
In this role, you will play a pivotal part narrowing in on the top issues facing the community and delivering next-gen programming to addresses those needs at-scale, while also meeting IBM's business goals. With a firm grasp of our brand image, corporate character, and transformation you will define strategies and create opportunities which directly and positively impact and improve society.
This role affords incredible exposure to the ins and outs of our business as well as a hands-on opportunity in shaping perception, instilling pride, and inspiring action. If you are someone who is a self-starter, takes pride in their community, and can unite to get work done.

Responsibilities include:
· Achieve social impact at scale with technology at scale, and activate IBMers to join this work.
· Actively collaborate with internal & external partners to define program goals and objectives, key intervals, and other project success factors.
· Identify communication tools and strategies to champion high-end engagement to increase program awareness, participation, and evangelism.
· Develop a keen understanding of IBM's quickly evolving portfolio; utilize these new technologies and approaches to address major social issues.
· Measure and report on impact for IBM, our community, and the world.
Required Professional and Technical Expertise
· Influencer abilities, and innovation in-action.
· Outstanding organizational and project management skills; able to manage competing priorities.
· Initiative, accountability and flexibility in pursuing assignments.
· Strong collaborative skills and the ability to build a community and activate others; adaptable to different cultures and business environments.
· Strong writing and communications skills (English).
· Able to design marketing collaterals using Adobe Photoshop or other design programs. Internship Period: Minimum 3 months
