Your Role and Responsibilities
Assist IBM Consulting Service Integration Hub (SIH) Communications Leader to execute against the Communications and Employee Engagement Plan. Specific responsibilities include the following:
·  Work with SIH team members to do and layout w3 articles and blogs to build awareness, understanding and support from other teams
·  Produce collaterals – including write-up, presentation and videos – to communicate the SIH East mission and value proposition
·  Develop and maintain communications channels such as Slack and emails to facilitate dissemination of information about IBM Consulting and SIH
·  Review and update the content in the GIC Portal and its child pages to ensure accuracy and timeliness of communications
·  Provide logistics support for organization of meetings
Qualification and Requirements
·  Under graduates majoring in English, Communications or Business Management
·  Knowledge about Microsoft Office Apps, such as Word and Powerpoint
·  Basic video editing skills are welcome but not required
·  Good interpersonal skills and positive attitude are important
