Your Role and Responsibilities

·  Expert in market intelligence and pricing (salary ranges) for Markets in scope and global expert in market intelligence and pricing for a range of job/skill families, working closely with the talent and job architecture teams.
·  Coordinate survey contributions for Markets in scope;
·  Participate in Geo spot/local surveys;
·  Participate in network and survey meetings to anticipate market trends.
·  Select and manage suppliers for necessary local surveys (if any) beyond global sources; research new local information sources.
·  Anticipate issues arising from the local economy and alert local teams to these issues; Connection with compensation and HR teams in markets in scopeis essential to understand local IBM issues. Leverage global compensation dashboards for detailed data.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

·  Excellent knowledge of compensation
·  Analytical skills are essential;
·  Ability to detect and highlight trends, compile various sources of information;
·  Indirect leadership skills (interactions with compensation and HR teams in markets in scope, local managers)
·  Autonomy
·  Excellent knowledge of Cognos HR and Excel tools,
·  Excellent command of all collaboration tools.
