Your Role and Responsibilities

Your Role and Responsibilities:

·  Has experience working in product marketing, ecosystem or product management roles.
·  Brings a strong understanding of the ecosystem to the marketing and product teams, helping reinforce an ecosystem mindset.
·  Is passionate about technology and what it can do - eager to help others benefit from what’s possible.
·  Has experience working on a complex team, working alongside product marketing and offering teams to shape the technology roadmap and ensure a partner-focused approach
·  Aggressively grows the technology revenue through the ecosystem, globally.
·  Surfaces new growth opportunities to the IBM Product Marketing community to optimize core marketing activities (i.e. joint offerings, 3rd party marketplaces, etc.)
·  Manages global growth, scaling what’s working, doubling down where growth exists, and experimenting with new concepts where growth is slow.
·  Drives feature advocacy through the product marketing and management teams.
·  Collaborates with the product marketing and content teams to build compelling positioning and tools to aid partners in consuming and marketing the technologies.
·  Works as part of an agile squad to rapidly improve the partner experience, constantly piloting and globally scaling new ways to engage.
·  This is a Hybrid role, attendance to the office is currently required only 3 times per week.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

Required Professional and Technical Expertise:

·  Partner marketing experience in a B2B environment, having first-hand experience and a track record of successfully developing marketing strategy and programs
·  Experimentative – working quickly to pilot, succeed/fail fast and scale what works
·  Highly collaborative – able to represent ecosystem in meetings and discussions, building effective teaming relationships within ecosystem marketing and with other marketing and business areas
