Your Role and Responsibilities
Our Ecosystem Marketers have a deep understanding of our partners: how they sell, how they make money, and what their priority offerings are. A critical part of our Marketing organization, they drive partner-led demand motions to scale business growth for IBM’s technology and Consulting offerings.
The Ecosystem Experience Marketer orchestrates how we make that value real for the partner based on where they are, what they want to achieve, and what we have available to help them do it. The most successful marketer in this role is constantly asking “How do we know we're compelling the next best action for each partner?” growing partner satisfaction alongside IBM’s revenue.
Responsibilities may include:
· Increasing demand in correlation with improved partner satisfaction
· Helping to build experiences that meet individual geographic and global needs
· Creating and activating the Partner experience across all touch points which may include digital, events, email and others This is a Hybrid role, attendance to the office will be required only 3 times peer week

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
· Collaborates with current and potential partners, ecosystem colleagues and fellow marketers to learn, co-create and share feedback
· Has experience working in marketing (including digital marketing)

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
· Partner marketing experience in a B2B environment
· Client-centric mindset to find new ways to satisfy Partner needs
· Experimentative – works as part of a team to quickly to pilot, succeed/fail fast and scale what works
· Highly collaborative – building effective teaming relationships within ecosystem marketing and with other marketing and business areas
· Is passionate about people: we value a focus on relationships over experience working in high tech or ecosystem
