The Marketing Services Center provides a robust portfolio of services that spans Centers of Excellence (CoE) in Analytics, Content, Events, Video, Globalization, Market Analysis, Marketing Automation, Marketing Reporting & Insights, Web Production & Application Development.
To access Marketing Services Center capabilities, IBM Business Unit and Geography Marketing leadership teams will work through a Client Partner. Client Partners will be assigned to specific Business Units and Geographies and are responsible for understanding their internal clients' needs, knowing the portfolio of Center of Excellence capabilities, and identifying and implementing those resources to the BU Marketing and Diamond Teams.
Client Partners will share CoE best practices and drive innovation in digital execution across Brands and Diamond Teams. They will serve as the escalation and mediation point for any delivery or resource issue. They will ensure deliverables meet strategic direction (on brief) and provide quality assurance of assets created in support of campaigns. Client Partners should apply seasoned marketing expertise to drive better campaign deliverables and ultimately improved results.
Client Partners act as the relationship owner with the marketing teams and are responsible for managing client expectations and driving overall satisfaction.
Key responsibilities include:
· Understands client strategies/objectives/outcomes/plans/needs to recommend the optimal MSC support and strategy
· Maintains a holistic view of stakeholder engagement, trusted source
· Identifies and validates opportunities
· Owns the annual interlock of resources
· Leads quarterly reviews with key stakeholders
· Takes on strategic projects for the MSC
This role is located in IBM offices in New York City or Armonk, NY.
Must have the ability to work in the US without current/future need for IBM sponsorship.
