Job description

Technical Revenue Accounting - to aid in monthly activities, specifically relating to the upfront, agency, and data licensing agreements. Individual(s) should have experience in close reporting, Oracle reporting, and general ledger reconciliations. Familiarity with reading and analyzing revenue contracts is preferred.

·  Sales Certification - Update list of people; draft email; monitor responses; ensure 100% receipt; summarize exceptions
·  Defer Revenue - Upfront Calculation Preparation
·  Defer Revenue - Breakage Calculation Preparation.
·  Prepare Defer Revenue reconciliation
·  Prepare defer revenue flux for month end reporting.
·  Preparation of Month End Close Deck for CAO. Pull contract #s and dollar values.
·  Pull in bill to and sold to info for new upfront advertisers
·  Preparation of Data Licensing Non-Standard Straight Line (ASC 606) Calculation. Summarize new contracts and update existing ones. Prepation of JE.
·  Preparation of Data Licensing Non-Standard TRG58 Calculation. Summarize contracts, identify impacted contracts, pull reports and update calculations. Prepare Journal Entry.
·  Prepare account reconciliations for ASC 606 / TRG 58 Recons
·  Prepare the ASC 606 / TRG 58 Flux for monthly reporting.
·  Prepare disclosures - defer revenue roll-forward and defer revenue recognized
·  Prepare disclosures - Back log
·  Standalone Selling Price (SSP) Preparation
·  1st Level Reviewer of all contract summary in Aptus (Review Bangalore work)
·  Attend TRA Internal Review Meetings - Take minutes and action items, follow up.
·  Attend GCP deal review weekly meetings - Take minutes and action items.
·  Attend upfront deal review weekly meetings - Take minutes and action items.
·  Learn to review deals that do not meet the thresholds. Provide documentation of review.
·  IA and PwC SOX testing request - upload testing examples
·  Prepare ASC 606 straight-line calculation for remaining, aggregate contracts to ensure the amount stays immaterial and no JE is needed
