We're on the lookout for vibrant, customer-focused icons to join our crew this summer at Zephyr, perched high above the sparkling waters of Darling Harbour at Hyatt Regency Sydney.

Whether you're a mixology master or a hospitality natural , if you've got the energy, attitude, and a passion for delivering unforgettable service with a smile—we want to chat!

We are building our summer team, so if you can't start right now but think you're the right fit for us – apply now and we can discuss start dates across September and October.

Available Roles:

Bartenders – Confident in cocktail craft and premium spirits, with a passion for mixology and storytelling behind the bar

Bar Backs – Quick on your feet, eager to learn, and ready to support a high-performing bar team? We're looking for the MVPs behind the scenes.

Floor Staff – Want to be part of the atmosphere and thrive in high-energy, social environments? You're our front-line vibe curator.

Hosts - Organised, personable, and able to create a welcoming experience from the first smile to the final farewell? You could be our missing link.

What We're Looking For:

· A love for people and delivering next-level customer experiences

· An understanding and flare for refined, 5-star customer service

· Confidence behind the bar or on the floor – experience is a plus, however we'll train the right personalities if we can see your passion

· Strong team spirit, reliability, and the ability to keep your cool when we're buzzing

· Availability over the summer months, including weekends & holidays

· A valid RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certificate
