Position Summary
The Revenue Director, Classics, Essentials, and HIC – Greater China is a senior brand-led leadership role responsible for driving commercial performance, revenue optimization, and market share growth across the Classics, Essentials, and Hyatt Inclusive Collection (HIC) portfolio in Greater China.
This role serves as the brand's strategic revenue leader, ensuring hotels deliver on commercial objectives while remaining aligned with brand positioning, guest expectations, and market dynamics. Partnering closely with brand leadership, operations, sales, distribution, and marketing, the Revenue Director leads the design and execution of tailored revenue strategies that elevate brand performance and strengthen competitive advantage.
This role reports directly to the RVP, Revenue – ASPAC, partnering with the Managing Director, Classics, Essentials, and HIC – Greater China, and the RVP, Commercial Performance, Classics, Essentials, and HIC – Greater China.
Accountable For
- Ensure the implementation of the right revenue strategies across all hotels within the Classics, Essentials, and HIC brand groups in Greater China, aligned with brand objectives, market dynamics, and owner expectations.
- Lead brand commercial strategies, including pricing, inventory, and distribution, ensuring consistency with brand positioning and market leadership.
- Analyze performance trends and market data to provide actionable insights, guiding strategic and tactical revenue decisions.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Distribution to integrate revenue strategies with brand campaigns and channel optimization.
- Partner with Operations and property revenue leaders to embed commercial thinking into hotel performance management.
- Mentor and develop revenue management talent across the Classics, Essentials, and HIC portfolio.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement in revenue management practices.
- Model Hyatt's purpose and values in daily interactions to inspire and motivate teams.

Qualifications :
Experiences
- 10+ years of progressive hotel revenue management experience, including at least 3–5 years in a multi-property, brand, or regional leadership role.
- Proven expertise in revenue optimization, pricing, distribution, and commercial strategy in the hospitality sector.
- Strong understanding of Greater China market dynamics and consumer trends.
- Experience leading within or supporting hotel brands or brand portfolios.
- Exceptional analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, Finance, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
