Cluster Director of Food & Beverage will oversee and lead the overall F&B operations of Andaz Bali and Hyatt Regency Bali, ensuring both properties deliver exceptional dining experiences that reflect the distinct brand identities. This role is responsible for strategic planning, quality and service excellence, financial performance, and innovation across all restaurants, bars, banquets.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

·  Minimum 3 years of experience as Director of Food & Beverage in a renowned or luxury hotel.
·  Strong leadership, interpersonal, analytical, and organizational skills with excellent time management.
·  Proven ability to act as a strategic business leader for the property's Food & Beverage operations.
·  Demonstrated commitment to maintaining brand and service standards.
·  Solid experience in developing and implementing Food & Beverage strategies, budgeting, and driving departmental financial performance.
