Role Overview:

You will play a key role in creating a refined and memorable guest experience. You will ensure that every interaction reflects the warmth, attentiveness, and excellence of Hyatt hospitality, consistently exceeding guest expectations.

Key responsibilities:

· Provide attentive, personalized and friendly service to all Club Lounge guests
· Present food and beverage offerings with confidence, attention to detail and strong product knowledge
· Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting lounge environment at all times
· Anticipate guests needs and respond promptly and professionally to requests

Coordinate effectively with kitchen and service teams to ensure seamless operations

Desired profile

Qualifications :

· 
Previous experience in a luxury hospitality environment or VIP guest service is preferred

· 
Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to anticipating guest needs

· 
Flexibility to work split shifts, as the Club Lounge operates throughout the day

· 
Sound knowledge of food and beverage service standards

· 
Adherence to company grooming standards
