Reservations Agent
We are seeking a detail-oriented and service-driven Reservations Agent to support the Reservations Department in delivering accurate, efficient, and personalized booking services within our luxury resort environment. The successful candidate will handle guest reservations, support inventory control, assist in revenue optimization, and ensure exceptional guest service in line with brand standards while working closely with Sales, Front Office, and Guest Services teams.
Desired profile
Qualifications :
· Minimum 1–3 years' experience in Reservations or Front Office operations within a hotel or resort environment.
· Diploma or certificate in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field is an advantage.
· Working knowledge of reservations systems and PMS/CRS (Opera experience preferred).
· Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and data quality in reservations handling.
· Excellent communication and guest service skills in English; additional languages are an advantage.
· Ability to support inventory control, rate management, and upselling initiatives.
· Good organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple bookings efficiently.
· Team-oriented, flexible, and able to work in a fast-paced operational environment.
· Well-groomed, professional, and committed to delivering high service standards.
