Now we are looking for a dynamic, results-driven, and passionate Cluster Senior Sales Manager – Jakarta Sales Office to join our professional Sales team and drive revenue performance across the hotel cluster.

As a Cluster Senior Sales Manager, you will be responsible for:

· Driving revenue growth by proactively identifying and securing new business opportunities within assigned market segments.
· Managing and developing key accounts to maximize revenue contribution and long-term partnerships.
· Executing sales strategies and action plans in alignment with the hotel cluster's overall business objectives.
· Conducting regular sales calls, client meetings, presentations, and site inspections.
· Preparing accurate sales forecasts, reports, and market intelligence updates.
· Collaborating closely with Revenue, Rooms, Food & Beverage, and other revenue-generating departments to optimize total hotel revenue.
· Negotiating contracts and handling account management in accordance with hotel policies and brand standards
· Representing the hotel cluster at trade shows, networking events, and client entertainment activities when required.
· Ensuring the delivery of brand promise and maintaining exceptional customer service standards at all times.
· Maintaining strong professional relationships with clients and ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

·  Minimum 2–3 years of experience as Senior Sales Manager or Sales Manager in a luxury hotel environment, preferably within an international brand.
·  Strong understanding of corporate, MICE, leisure, or government market segments.
·  Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving measurable revenue growth.
·  Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
·  Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
·  Ability to analyze market trends and contribute to short-term and long-term business strategies.
·  Self-motivated, proactive, and highly results-oriented.
·  Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts.
·  Eloquent in English communication, both written and spoken. Bahasa Indonesia proficiency is required.
·  Proficient in Microsoft Office and hotel sales systems.
·  Highly professional, service-oriented, and team-focused approach.
