Team Leader - Regency Club (Supervisor)

Job description

You will be responsible to assist with the efficient running of the Regency Club in Front Office Department to ensure that all company minimum brand standards have been implemented in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and Brand Standards. You will work closely with Assistant Regency Club Manager and other management personnel in Front Office in a supportive and flexible manner, focusing on the overall success of the hotel and the satisfaction of hotel guests.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

·  Thai Nationality with a diploma in Hospitality or Business Management
·  Minimum 2 years' experience in hotels, restaurants or similar large establishments is an added advantage.
·  A good working knowledge of English Language
·  Pleasant personality and good work attitude
·  Able to provide outstanding customer experience to the guests
·  Ability to communicate proactively with team members and guests
