Rooms Controller Supervisor

Job description
To supervise and control the rooms management system , ensuring optimal room allocation, accurate inventory control, and seamless coordination among Front Office, Housekeeping, and Reservations, in order to deliver a consistent five-star guest experience while maximizing operational efficiency and revenue.
Desired profile
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree or technical studies in:
· Hospitality Management
· Tourism
· Business Administration
· Hotel Management
(or related field)
· 3 to 5 years of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in:
· Rooms Division
· Front Office
· Rooms Control
· Housekeeping (supervisory or coordination level)
· Previous experience in luxury hotels or international hotel brands is highly desirable.
· Proven experience in room assignment and inventory control .
