Job description
You will collaborate with the success of the operation of the Restaurant / Consumption Center. You will be responsible for direct supervision of staff providing direct service to the diner and that established procedures are consistently followed. Ensure compliance with service standards, coordinate the functions to be performed by your work team, analysis of indicators, cash management, attention to comments from guests and collaborators.
Kosher experience preferred.

Qualifications :
Must speak Spanish.
· A true desire to exceed guest expectations in a fast-paced environment.
· Prior experience in Food & Beverage.
· Refined verbal and written communication skills.
· Must have flexibility in scheduling, including holidays and weekends.
