ROOM SERVICE TEAM LEADER

We are seeking unique and passionate individuals to join our team as we continue to provide rate and intimate experiences in the heart of Gangnam.

The Park Hyatt Seoul is looking for the Room Service Team Leader who will be responsible to assist with the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations. The Team Leader - Room Service is responsible to assist the Manager in ensuring that the room service is managed efficiently according to the established concept statement, providing courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service at all times

Desired profile

Qualifications :

·  Good customer service, communications and interpersonal skills are a must.
·  College Graduate.
·  Fluent both in English and Korean.
