Job description
The Storeroom Keeper is responsible for efficiently managing product flow within the Alila Mayakoba warehouse. This includes the safe and effective receipt, storage, organization, and distribution of goods to support Food & Beverage operations.
Desired profile
Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Administration, Tourism, or a related administrative field.
·
Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in a luxury hotel setting.
·
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
·
Preferably experience using the BirchStreet system.
·
Solid understanding of warehouse operations, including first-in, first-out (FIFO). principles or basic receiving and dispatch procedures.
·
Knowledge of logistics and food handling practices.
·
Strong skills in teamwork, problem-solving, and time management.
·
Must possess the physical ability to safely lift and transport heavy items, utilizing appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.
