Job description
The Reservations Coordinator oversees the daily operations of the department, ensuring exceptional customer service and the efficient handling of all reservation-related requests. Key responsibilities include managing guest room bookings, communicating with guests and travel agencies—especially luxury consortia—to provide information about the hotel and local area, processing payments, and coordinating group block reservations. The role ensures alignment with the hotel's standards of luxury and hospitality.

· Professional, personalized and engaging luxury service required
· Fluent and confident communication skills in both Spanish and English.
· Proactive approach to guest service and problem-solving
· Oganizational skills, and ability to follow through on tasks.
· Experience working with luxury consortia is highly desirable.
